Gallagher's Steakhouse

I am in Las Vegas at least once a year for IT conferences. Starting in about 2007, I Do a yearly Gallagher’s visit. This year was as good, if not better than 2017. Staff was intuitive and always seems to know exactly what to bring and/or recommend. The steaks never disappoint and many members of my party had not been to Gallagher’s. They love it and were thrilled to learn they are in NYC, as well as Las Vegas. IMHO, best steak in Las Vegas...

My wife and I stayed at the New York for a last minute getaway, we decided to check out Gallagher's after our wedding, we looked around at a few places but this place stood out. We had the a delicious meal, not too crowded, very friendly staff, Very clean and elegant restaurant. The Cowboy T-bone steak is GREAT!!!

Ate here because my friend always wanted to try it and he's a foodie like me. Both of us had the ribeye and it was average at best i had better steaks at other steakhouses in Las Vegas. Maybe i'm spoiled of all the choices here in Las Vegas but it wasn't bad and it wasn't some thing to call home to mom about. Will try it again to reevaluate my mixed feelings.

The worst!!! I have never been so appalled within walking into a establishment in 30 seconds as I walk into this restaurant which I assumed was nice and sit down me and my girlfriend order two waters with lemons as the server whose name is Jessica with dark red hair walked back to the serving station she said in such a disgusting condescending manner that we wanted waters with lemon that she obviously had no idea we were about to spend over $200 on wine and about the same on food immediately I was totally disgusted I got up and left....obviously this person was not ready to serve anyone who was not elderly and very wealthy looking little did she know that I am in the service industry and her tip would've been handsomedon't come here!!!!!

Before our trip to Vegas we knew we wanted to eat at Gallagher's in New York New York hotel and Casino. We had visited the Gallagher's in New York City a couple of years ago and enjoyed the meal so much we wanted to try this one out. Our trip was planned to incorporate our wedding anniversary. So when I called a few months ago the hostess wanted to know if it was for a special occasion, I told her yes. My husband had the wedge salad, I had the Caesar salad. Then the main course was a Filet Minion for me and the Cowboy Rib-Eye for him. Both shared the potato wedgies and onion rings. Needless to say we were stuffed.The wait staff was also a delight. Sam was our waiter but there was a waiter who strictly took care of appetizers and salads, another the main course and the whole time Sam made sure everything was perfect. Once we finished our dinner we enjoyed just sitting there and all of a sudden Sam appeared with a special dessert with a chocolate drop that said "Happy Anniversary." Since it was months ago when I made the reservations it caught me off guard but my husband was very surprised. Because he knew I hadn't talk to the hostess nor had a gotten up from the table at any time. Sam made the night. I highly recommend Gallagher's when in Vegas and ask for Sam.
