Galito's Flame Grilled Chicken

The service is bad and they are very late. The employee told me to wait for 5 minutes, but I actually waited for more than 25 minutes.

Not sure why my order took almost 2 hours. We ordered at 630 for delivery, the eta was 730, at 730 the food was still being prepared and the new eta was after 8 (which was after the original latest eta). So we changed to a pickup order. We got to the store at 750 and had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes to get our food. When we asked them why it took so long they told us "it's Friday" and didn't even apologize for the wait until we asked them for an apology. TERRIBLE service

I swear they are slautering the chicken in house with how long they take to prepare the food

If you enjoy waiting 45 minutes to an hour every time you come while watching the staff joke around, come here. I never complained in the past as I delays happen, but this time it hit 2 hours, and the lady working on Friday March 29th at 730pm did not apologize once. Actually decided to give us attitude when we simply asked why it took almost 2 hours.

Awful Service

They couldn’t get your order right if their life depended on it. Something missing or wrong every god damn time.

Great place. Food was made fresh, which I love and you can taste the difference. Healthy options too which is harder to find now a days. Great value for the price too and friendly staff/owners.
