The system being used could be better and is missing a lot of songs, but the overall experience isn't bad. Parking: Optional parking at next door parking area opens up after 7

Cool place, glad it’s in Cleveland. But the karaoke system is buggy. Search doesn’t work, we ended up using YouTube. Which was a hassle. If the systems are more user friendly(and there are actually people who can show you how to use it), it would get a 5 star rating. They were out of half of the snacks. But Good lighting and private rooms. Parking: Lots of parking next to it

Great concept of a place. However for Karaoke, soooo limited. Not a user friendly system, hard to find anything. So much in other languages, content is limited and so hard to find. Would be an amazing place to go if they would make it simpler and since this business is in Cleveland, Ohio, make it simpler and displaying English as the primary. So hard to find anything. For the price, I expected a lot more.

First the place was greet the amount of people I had. The price was cool for The 3 hours we were there. They provided 2 fruit platters some chips and pretzels. I brought my own pitchers so my guests could have unlimited ice water and ginger foods. The karaoke machine is a little wonky but once we sat down and played with it we were able to get it to work no problem just a little tip at the bottom where it says local is how to get the songs to play no problem. Once we figured that out we had a nice playlist.Some songs are a bit old but we all knew them! We had great time we will be back! Kid-friendliness: My kids were allowed in The private room and they had a blast!

Had so so much fun, the fruit platter was good, but the green tea shots were amazing! The machine isn't as difficult as it seems, just ask for a quick run down when they first walk you in

Charged gratuity. For what? They didn’t come to the room to see if we needed anything. No drink service. Bathrooms were disgusting. Asked for tp and paper towels and was ignored multiple times. Other customers were complaining as well. Was a fun experience but poor customer service and hospitality. Will not be returning.

Food consisted of pretzels and a small fruit plate, fruit was not even ripe. The people were not friendly at all. They charged tip automatically even after I already paid a tip. Did catch until I got home.
