Gala Restaurant & Muse Bar

Delicious food, excellent atmosphere, amazing service, beautiful place, what else can you ask for. Loved it. Highly recommend Gala.

This place is beyond words… The food is incredible, the service LUXURIOUS, the bar, the live music. Wow it was definitely an experience to repeat again and again. I recommend it 100%

we were party of 6 celebrating 83rd birthday. The weather necessitated we go indoors for eating instead of outside where the fans over the table could not be shut. We had to wait 35 minutes for any table... which happened after one of the men in our party suggested they put to tables together. For this, the appetizers were on the house (brussels sprouts and gracamole were very good) . Sadly, this did not make up for what transpired at the end of the meaL. The disappointment came when in the restaurant protocal for settling the bill was so messed up. We would have been better having asked for separater checks, instead of asking for the total food bill to be split 3 ways. The restaurant manager and the server billed incorrectly!! the food bill was $273 whereas the drink bill $86. They split the drink bill 3 ways instead of the food bill. Imagine reviewing your bill and finding you paid for everyone's dinners???? all 3 couples wanted their respective charge receipts. When this was pointed out to the manager, we needed to go to the front desk to resolve this. Their credit card machine was not working. Had they told us this originally, we could have stated to separate the bill. NO ONE COMMUNICATED THIS. Almost another hour spent standing at the front desk hoping they can correct this gross error. At this time, one couple's bill is not resolved. My bill has reversal of the entire food bill.... it is a mess. BEWARE. While at the front desk, the manager finally offered to not charge for the drinks. I could say a lot more on the mis handling of the situation...... I will save that for the manager of the hotel. I will speak with the hotel manager this week. we have enjoyed the food at the Gala previously. It will be a VERY LONG TIME before ever returning....

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Der Octopus war nicht durchgebraten, innen kalt und dadurch nicht essbar. Musste ich leider zurückgeben. Die Preise entsprechen nicht der Preisliste, die im Zimmer einsehbar sind. Laut Service handelt es sich um die alte Speisekarte.

Normally not a fan of hotel restaurants, but this place is great. The only thing better than the food is the service. Our server Andrez and his supervisor Keith are wonderful

Gala Muse Bar is a hidden gem in Aventura. Located inside the Hilton Aventura, this modern restaurant is truly a breath of fresh air featuring a gorgeous dining space, fabulous cocktail bar, and also an outdoor area. Let's start with the appetizers. The octopus was perfectly cooked, anticuho skewers were tender and the crab cakes were tasty. Even just the freshly baked bread was good. Of course, the cocktails were just as superb. We had the Effervescence, Chocolate Coconut Old Fashioned, and the Chile-Rita. There's so much more on the cocktail menu but let's move on to the entrees. We both shared the Crispy Skin Red Snapper and Dry Aged Rib Eye. Both were cooked to perfection and beautiful presentation. For dessert, we had Lava Cake and Homemade Flan. No surprise here, both were super flavorful and not too sweet. This place is a must if you're staying at the hotel or a local. Perfect for a date night. Not overcrowded, very romantic and the service is top-notch. Big thanks to our server Claudio for all the recommendations. Everything we ate was excellent from start to finish.

Spacious and they had some live musician playing on violin.
