This is was just not okay I guess. I was cautious cause the reviews were saying the food wasn’t authentic or “great” . So I said okay let’s try and not have expectations but chileeee it’s a no for me. Maybe if I was drunk the food would taste better but we literally paid leaving the food right there on the table. Everyone was super nice though! So really they got a 3 ⭐️ for service or else it would’ve been a 0

Food was good....service was average love the ambience tho.

Our go tos here is the Kimchi Fried Rice with Pork Belly, Braised Pork Belly, Beef Bulogi, and Glass Noodles with Bone Marrow. We've gone a lot and it has never disappointed.

Exceptionally good spot we always enjoy our time here. Can’t go wrong with the fried chicken.

Mixed Experience: I recently visited Gaja Korean Bar drawn in by its inviting street vibe. While the atmosphere and service were commendable, my dining experience took a hit due to some issues with the food. The pork belly, though expertly fried, surprisingly lacked flavor, leaving me wanting more depth in taste. The Korean fried chicken, described as such, ended up resembling a buffalo chicken tender with ranch dressing rather than the anticipated Korean flair. This was an unexpected letdown. Additionally, the crispy dumplings failed to live up to their name – lacking the desired crunch. The food fell a little short. Was it good? Yes, but it wasn’t enough for me to ponder when I immediately will return. However, I am up to give it another whirl because the team seems legit. I called before arriving on New Year’s Eve. A woman answers the phone, laughing, and giggling saying hello instead of a proper greeting. When I drove to the restaurant, it was hard to find. Once I found it. It took a minute to get serviced, and once the food was placed on my table, it did not look appealing. The food was very bland and very cold. I do not recommend.
