Gabys German Eatery - with reservation please

First time eating here yesterday and I will definitely go back. Authentic German food and very friendly atmosphere!

I wanted an authentic place with low sodium that reminded me of the real food in Austria and Germany. I loved every last bite. I wish there was slightly less butter in some of it, but every bit was delightful! I couldn't get enough of the potato salad with the schnitzel. My daughters had the knurdle and goulash. My mom loved her stroganoff. Goulash did have a little kick but the potatoes should help tone it down. It helps to know what you what you want and be decisive when ordering or placing the reservation. The inside was very warm and small but enjoyable. We'll definitely be back in the future. Dietary restrictions: Schnitzel was safe for my sodium restriction, but maybe not good for cholesterol all the time?
