Very friendly staff, good food at a great price.
Delicious food at grocery cost!
Small town feel with friendly service, will eat here again
Great food, great staff What's not to love !
First off, as a person of color, you don’t feel welcomed here. Vibe, greeting, energy and atmosphere all leave a lot to be desired. This place was on my list to try after navigating the south suburbs for a few months. The host was not that engaging, left me waiting at my table for several minutes before taking my order. In a diverse suburb like Glenwood, there were no Black people in this establishment. I tried the French toast, eggs, coffee and sausage. Nothing tasted fresh. The food was cold and this tells me 1 thing, that the food is pre-made ahead of time. Breakfast should be made fresh at the time of the order. Eggs, French Toast, Sausage were all cold and had no flavor. I paid and left. May be a good spot for some, but I’ll pass on this joint.
Too often, there is a wait. Food okay but not as good as Dion's couple blocks away where you can always get seated quicker. Food is better and it is cheaper. Bakery goods (muffins & pecan rolls) are great however.
