April 2024: Good Pan cakes But... So, we ordered pancakes with banana and strawberry. And, americano. Let me start by saying that the ambience was dull and boring but we still took seating because it took 25 mins for the order. Americano was horrible. The worst I have ever tried. After taking the first sip and couldn't take another. Pancakes were good. Really fluffy but nothing I would come back for. Upon finishing I asked the staff to throw the full cup of coffee to which they didn't even ask whether I liked it or not. So, not good service. Would not visit again.

My wife waited 25 minutes for her order to eat in. Only to be insulted by being given takeaway wooden cutlery to eat with. We were told that there was no metal cutlery available, even though the eatery was littered with tables that needed cleaning up that were full with plates and cutlery. Very poor standards.

Very testy soufflé pancake and iced milk tea.. lovely staffs .. highly recommend it
