Quality seems to have dropped a little. The paella used to be fantastic. Now it’s just a scoop of rice plopped on top of under-seasoned pieces fish, grey chorizo, and surrounded by gritty mussels. Very disappointing and underwhelming. Should not be called Paella. Service was fantastic as always.

Went here with a group of friends based on a recommendation from a co-worker. Definitely a new favorite. In the past year our group has gone to Harth, Hermanos, Peasant Cookery as well as Deer and Almond. Out of all the places we all agreed, this was our favorite. I was excited that they had duck on the menu which is a rare find and they didnt dissappoint with a large portion and tasty glaze. Additionally, they had a true top shelf bourbon in Rabit Hole which is also not common. A shout out to our server who was excellent in everyway you could want a server to be. We will definately be back.

My wife and I just celebrated Valentine's Day at Fusion grill (once again!). We love coming to Fusion for any occasion. The food is always top notch, Scott and his staff are incredibly nice, experienced, and attentive, and the drinks pair so well with the meals. Very easy to make reservations and there is always great music. We've always felt very valued coming here, and it seems that that is likely a shared feeling from other customers we've talked to as well. Whatever your reason, I would highly recommend Fusion for your next outing! Our favs are the truffle perogies, pickerel, and the apple crumble.

One of winnipegs best options for dining out. Great place to go to try some of the fine foods Manitoba has to offer. The owner is usually there and is always friendly. Service is always great and atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommend trying this spot out

Highly recommend! I had a great time dining here for the first time tonight. Service from our server Rawle was friendly, informative & prompt - truly top tier. I enjoyed the flavours and quality of the entrée I chose. Very decent sized dish as well. Relaxed atmosphere & great selection of wine & interesting meals to choose from. Thank you so much for the great experience, I will gladly be back!

Went last night for a family dinner. The food was amazing, they clearly use very fresh ingredients. Our server was absolutely amazing, I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name. I went to the bathroom right as my appetizer came out and when I came back he had put a little hot plate over it to keep it warm. So impressed with his level of service. He was also very knowledgeable about the food and wine pairings. Highly recommend going here, our family from out of town was very impressed. We also really love their emphasis on local ingredients.
