I made a reservation for 8 at 5:30pm. My guest was a few munutes late, At 5:40 pm, a waitress came to my table. She yelled at me and wanted to kick me out because my guest have not showed up. I have not seen a waitress so rude in a restaurant in my life!
the service is so bad you have to tip the front desk in order to get in otherwise you have wait at least 2 hrs+. if you planning to go be sure to bring $5/10 to tip the front desk lady.
the desert was great. i did not like the food or options at all but it may have been because of what my party ordered. i did not like the tea either.
Went there for a party. I'm surprised that the food was delicious.
It was the standard dim sum place, and I have been to a few. Compared to other places, it is larger and has really nice decor but it is very noisy since it is so busy. I have to shout across the 2 person table to talk to my mom. The reception and service was lacking, which is sort of expected but the servers felt a bit dismissive and rude. There was no one at reception for a few minutes, which meant we couldn't reserve a number to be called. The wait for the food was irritating. After 10 minutes, we got our first cold dish out of 5 dishes in total, then went half an hour without any new dishes coming and when my mom asked the server she said that wasn't a long time. It was quite hard to flag down any servers and some just glanced at my mom waving them down before walking away. All in all, the large scale of this restaurant makes the service lacking and frustrating, however the food was up to par, albeit on the pricey side. Expect to wait around 10 minutes at the windy reception section facing right at the door. There are seats though Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian dishes, but those are mostly plain veggies with sauce. It is not explicitly labeled, and most items have meat or animal products anyways.
