Family friendly barbershop that is family owned and right next to Rosers Bakery. They sell ethnic snacks if desired and are customer oriented. Vegetarian options: Veggie omelets, Veggie Skillets, Cream of Broccoli Soup! Dietary restrictions: Menu clearly labeled Kid-friendliness: Family diner Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, one floor establishment.
I am genuinely surprised so many people this diner. The options are super limited and the food was the blandest I've had in a long time. The French toast tasted like burnt milk and the hash browns were barely cooked. Seems like they focus on rushing food vs cooking it well. If you're a basic bacon and eggs person, you may be okay. The building felt.. unmaintained. A bit dirty and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and it's affordable.
I like this place a lot, but not updating your menu prices after several months sours the whole experience. Don't like getting a receipt with an amount different than what's on the menu.
My new favorite breakfast place in Chicago. Great food, great service and great price!
Very casual dining for anyone. Food is great.
