Such a cozy place to go, and the food is excellent , it's a must go.
A cute small restaurant next to TnT. Been living in the hood for several years but never checked out. Not sure if it's shrinkflation but it's about 10% smaller than I am use to. Also only half the egg compared to full elsewhere. We enjoyed the karage classic. The ratio ramen to toppings are ok. Soup base is good and noodle texture has mouth feel.
Dec/2023: Loved the katsu don. The fried pork cutlet was amazing, with a deep, satisfying crunch that held firm under the egg yet remained juicy in texture, and a perfectly balanced sauce. 9.5/10. Jan/2024: Katsu don different. Less breading, oily (pan fried?), saturated in sauce making it soggy and cloying. 7/10. Red Ramen has nice flavour. 8.5/10. Chicken karaage fried to perfection with a crunchy breading that is non-oily. 10/10.
Had the katsudon and it was amazing! Will definitely be coming here more often.
Despite being named Fuku Ramen, the rice dishes are much better than ramen!
Our go-to ramen spot! The karaage is some of the best in Vancouver in my opinion, and it’s very reasonable prices for a delicious bowl of ramen - about $15. The wait staff is always very friendly with great service. Can’t recommend them enough.
