Fuhu

My friend made us a reservation for 9:15 PM, and due to me being horrible at timing (and the consistent Las Vegas construction )even though they showed up on time, I was about 15 minutes late (9:30) . Last call was at 10 o’clock but luckily they honored our reservation and they were very nice and accommodating. The dishes were all absolutely delicious, and came out in a very timely manner. I highly recommend the yellowtail, sashimi, and the truffle fried rice. Staff was amazing, atmosphere was a 10 out of 10, and the food was five star.

We had a reservation and when I walked up, hostess was very rude and cold. We waited for table and got sat next to kitchen with many open tables. The service is bad and I spoke with the manager before leaving, not sure he’ll actually do anything, this place has traffic from being in Resort World, go to another….

This food made me want to cry. We booked Fuhu thinking we'd get a great Asian restaurant and an opportunity to try some fun small dishes. We were recommended every dish by our server, which I would expect would be the best dishes... and if they were then I am doing everyone a favour writing this review. We were first recommended the "Seafood soup dumpling". We have all had a plethora of dumplings before and were excited to try these but the interior texture of the dumpling had us all spitting into our napkins. We asked the server if the texture was correct and his reply was, "yeah, it's a little rubbery and funky". We then ordered 4 sushi rolls and some nigiri. The nigiri was fresh and tasty but the rolls were trying too hard to be inventive. The flavour profiles did NOT work. Again, there was food spit out or followed by chugging down drinks. If you want to go for cocktails then go for them as they were quite tasty but the food did not match the atmosphere! We left sushi on the plate that we did not eat and did not want to take with us. Overall, a really upsetting dining experience.

Huge disappointment! We had a reservation for 8PM. After being told we were next, manager decided to seat his friends in front of us. Each order took 45 mins to arrive at our table, and our server was far from charming, go to Momofuku or Morimoto instead. This place lacks service timing and ambiance, but other than that it was ok.

They charge 18% service charge on a to-go order i picked up myself, NEVER eating here again and i’ll let my friends who are also poker playrs at resorts

First time in Vegas FUHU was a great selection for Christmas Eve Dinner enjoyed the Crab rolls and the Pan Seared Scallops Highly recommend this spot!!!!
