Fry's

This is the go-to store when I am visiting my daughter. It's located in a convenient spot. This store stays packed with people, but the employees are still able to maintain a clean, fully stocked, orderly store. I appreciate the extra security on site. My favorite thing to get here is their freshly fried chicken tenders. They are so delicious and addictive. The people who work in that section are always kind and attentive. You do have to pay for your food at that counter, which makes it super convenient. If you are a member plus or something like that, you can take advantage of lower prices on everything, including gas. The only thing that I struggle with is finding certain things. I haven't figured out how they have set up their isles. For example, it took me the longest time to find a specific brand of energy drink. You would think that it would be located by the Red Bull, but it wasn't. This really isn't a big deal, though. I do appreciate that they carry local products. They also have a pharmacy, money center, Starbucks, and a Bank of America inside of the store. And they have a small gas station on site. They have self check out as well as cashier checkouts. You can use cash at the self checkout and also receive cash back. I think it is awesome that they have plenty of Spanish food and options available. All in all, this is a cool little store to go to. The only improvement I would recommend is either replacing or repairing the carts. They have had a lot of wear and tear on them, but they are functional.

My little service dog and I have been treated wonderfully by all of the staff at this and the other locations of Fry's grocery stores throughout Phoenix metropolitan area. I remember when some other locations were called Smith's. Kroger was the number one retailer of food products throughout the United States. Is the second year that Walmart sold groceries, Walmart became the number one grocery retailer, in the USA. My belief is that Kroger had been dealing with many of the suppliers for many many years before Walmart got involved. Therefore in many areas, Kroger has access to a better line of products.

Do any paying customers come to this store !? It looks like the zombie apocalypse outside, I didn't even get out of my car.

Always only have 1 person in guest service during rent week always a 1 to 2hour wait.
