I went here today to order some for me and my boyfriend, as soon as I got up to the register the girl was on her phone not really listening much to what I was saying. I was trying to order and she repeatedly kept telling me they didn’t have what I was asking for, which I know they do because I have ordered it, but she was on the phone with what I believe was probably her boyfriend. Finally I just picked something else so I could get it over with, as she was making my stuff she was cussing, and just not being professional or acting how you should at a work place. She made my stuff and handed it to me and then I left. I didn’t say anything and I was as nice as I could be. My bowl was great but my boyfriends was not how I asked. I’ve never had a problem going to this fruittabowl and i’ve never seen this girl. I believe she was probably new.
I haven’t ordered from Frutta bowls in a while because I knew their prices had gone up. However, had a craving for it today and decided to go for it. I can’t believe how much their portions have changed!! The small frutta bowl used to fill me up but now it is more like a snack than an actual meal. The biggest kicker is that it was almost $10!! So crazy and definitely not worth that much.
One of the best places to come in , they always great and always have the best energy and they are so nice morning crew are the best
Been a long term customer of Frutta. Always have enjoyed the food which is what keeps me coming back. Service was originally fantastic, however, the service has REALLY gone down hill. Hoping for better experiences in the near future.
Very bad customer service, thy give you a wrong order and not welling to give a refund Stuff not well trained.
I'll change my rating once y'all fix your hours of operation. Don't say open til 9pm if you're not open til 9pm.
I normally don’t make reviews ever but I have never been to a restaurant where the service is so awkward and the workers seem like they absolutely hate their jobs. Not a hello or smile or anything. Management, figure out the problem and do something. I love the food, never had a bad experience with it, but I will be ordering online for now on.
