Pricey, SUPER SLOW SERVICE, the workers really didn't want to be there and it showed. I watched 10 people leave because they were so slow. I ask for the carrot cake flavor, but as usual they didn't have it. Then I told the girl who was working absolutely no whipped cream and what did she do, put a mountain of whipped cream on top . This place is not worth the money or wait!

The ice cream is decent, but the experience is not great. Went this past Saturday evening, which should be “prime time” for families going out for a fun treat. This place is not fun. The young ladies working behind the counter aren’t happy about their job, the place is dirty and tired and there’s no music playing or anything resembling an inviting environment. The bathroom didn’t have soap for washing hands and all of the napkin holders were empty throughout the place. Going out for ice cream should be an enjoyable experience, and it is not at this place.

I love the Frozen Cow! They have such a unique style, all of their brownies, cakes, etc. are homemade and it's delicious. I really enjoy the Cherry Pie or Apple Pie, those are fantastic. The only downside is If you go on a Friday or Saturday night you might be waiting 45min, but I think it depends on the day. Sometimes the line moves slowly but sometimes it moves quickly. Overall, highly recommend!

Experience is always A+, and now that I know they have "no sugar added." I will come more often. I usually bring my children here to get whatever they like. This place is great! Hands down best ice-cream I've had. Freshly made, enormous variety. It is a bit pricy, but serving size is huge regardless of size chosen.

Slowest possible service for an icecream shop, young employees who a don’t seem excited to be working there. Good ice cream but bad service.

Delicious ice cream, there was no line when we get there and their small size portion was more than enough for me. They should be one of the best ice cream parlours in America.

I ordered a small tiramisu and was given vanilla ice cream with a crushed finger lady. It was really disappointing especially since it was my first time at this establishment. Of course I came when they were busy but the person ahead of me ordered the same thing so I wasn’t paying too much attention to my order but noticed when I started to eat it that it had no coffee in it nor chocolate like requested. Probably won’t visit again.

I’d give 0 for service if there was an option. People might stop coming here because of the service. No greeting, no smile whatsoever. Completely ruined the atmosphere around. While I was walking out - I said “thank you”, there were 4 people behind the counter and no one responded or acknowledged! Insane!!
