Frosty Peaks is the best frozen yogurt place I have ever been to. As a professional food reviewer, I have had my fair share of frozen yogurt, and it is safe to say that no place comes close to the enjoyment that Frosty Peaks brings me. The staff are always excellent, and the store is kept very clean, adding to the wonderful experience. The friendly environment, great prices, and excellent food makes Frosty Peaks an essential spot to visit for anyone in the area.

If you’re looking for amazing frozen yogurt or other desserts, this is the place for you!! I’ve been here multiple times and tried different frozen yogurts, including the vanilla, cookies and cream, P.O.G sorbet, and it has never let me down. There were so many different toppings to choose from (my favorites were the gummys and cheesecake chunks). Customer service was exceptional as well. Staff was very helpful the entire time and greeted me when I came in. Also, the color changing spoons are the coolest things ever and they make the experience even better. Always looking for an excuse to be back!

My family and I have come here numerous times but tonight (6/24) was the worst experience we've had here. For starters, we noticed a change in the ability to serve ourselves the toppings, which we thought was odd, because it had always been self-serve until about a week a go. The tables were very dirty this visit which was uncharacteristic as the employee whom we had become accustomed to, Shay, always kept the place very clean (she was not working this particular evening so no shade to Shay). We also noticed a high number of flavors/machines were not working and one in particular, Fudge Brownie, though working, came out extremely liquidity as if the temperature was not set properly. On every visit since our first time there I have always ordered the puffle cone (so good) and did so this time as well like usual, however, after waiting over 15 minutes, the cone was still not done and not even close to being done and I was told they had turned the machine off which is odd since they had an hour prior to closing time. I brought this to the attention of the cashier which I commend him for checking on but I could tell, he didn't know how to make it properly and agreed to refund me the cost of the puffle cone. They were also out of the waffle cone bowls (with sprinkles and plain) which my children enjoy. It was such a bummer driving here, to a place we once loved, to see it in such bad condition, unclean, unstocked, and unprepared that we will not be coming back to it again. Highly dissappointment to see a place we so enjoyed become an experience so unpleasant. It's almost like new ownership or management has come aboard and ruined what was once a great place and favorite of my family that we once enjoyed.

This is an amazing Frozen Yogurt shop. It not only serves frozen yogurt, but a variety of other frozen delicacies. The employees are kind and always greet you with a great smile, and not to mention the dessert is amazing for the price. I went in and got a pretty big froyo bowl for a pretty low price. I've already recommended the place to friends of mine, and it's definitely a great family spot as well. Love it!
