Although a fairly busy Saturday night, my girlfriend and I had (unfortunately) a terrible experience at Fritti. After waiting almost a half hour just to order we found ourselves shouting to communicate over the noise, uncomfortably close to adjacent diners rather than each other. I was so close to the adjacent diner that we kept bumping elbows, which is unacceptable for a restaurant in this price range. The appetizer arrived, and after finishing, we endured another 30+ minute wait for a salad that never came, followed by our pizza. We politely requested the undelivered salad to be taken to go. However, despite waiting an additional 20+ minutes for our bill and togo box, the salad was taken off our bill, although we had specifically ordered it multiple times. Spending 2 hours and nearly $100 for such disappointing service doesn't justify the quality of Fritti's food. For a more reliable dining experience at a similar price but without the long wait, I recommend trying Sapori Di Napoli.
A great evening at Fritti, comfortable, fun, the usual weekend crowd. The salad and pizza were tasty. A gem in the L5P area.
The vibes, food, drinks and aesthetic were all on point. Lots of variety around the menu, with a knowledgeable staff on the available options and ingredients to boot. I will say the tables were quite close together for my liking, I could very clearly hear the tables to my left and rights conversations. The service was also a little slow (food was very swift, drinks were slow both rounds), but I fully appreciate that could be beyond the employee's control. First time back in four years and I doubt it will be as long before my next visit.
Best original Italian pizza. A+ Grazie!
The best pizza i’ve ever had! Also loved the service! Amanda is the best bartender ever!!
Really nice experience! We had calamari appetizer and a pizza. Delicious food and lovely service
I’ve heard horror stories about management treating their employees horribly and when I looked into it, I saw they recently had a police report filed against one of them. The restaurant should look into getting a new manager, one who hasn’t been flagged for inappropriate behavior.
Fritti pizza had a nice crisp on the crust which you don’t always get with the Neapolitan style. Good environment for lunch. I’d put it in the top 10% of ATL pizza
