Great service! Their salad bar was well-stocked with a great variety of foods. I got the Crispy Chicken Club sandwich. First time having it and it was juicy and delicious

My wife and I used to come here frequently and the food was always great. We especially loved the southern chicken sandwich that was a featured item. They have since removed it and are now serving a very thin chicken patty that has absolutely no flavor. The prices have gone up but the food quality has gone to the bottom. In addition, the restaurant used to be clean and well kept but it looks dirty and not maintained. It is too bad because this is exactly what O’Charlies did and now they are out of business. I don’t think I will be back and it is unfortunate that most restaurants are taking this route currently.

Some of the servers are older and very grumpy. But today I got Artasia R and she was amazing. Made me a cheesecake with cherries that actually looked like the photo. She was an amazing server. Need more like her

Horrible!! We came in as a party of 7. Never got refills the whole 1 1/2 hours we were there. They brought our half of our food and the other half 45 mins later.. food was disgusting and cold. Will never return!! Servers all have attitudes

Went here with some friends. This was my first time going to a Big Boys, so I am not sure how others are in comparison. The food was very disappointing. It was bland and tasteless. I only ate half before giving up. When we first got there, this lady got our drinks, and she was very nice and kind. She was helping out our actual waiter. When it was time to order, the actual waiter kept giving my one friend a weird look and messed up his order, fully ignoring what my friend had actually ordered. He also asked my friend if he was mad or something out of the blue while we were ordering. It was kind of weird. Like I said, my one friends order was wrong. He was given the wrong food, and the waiter did fix it. After we all had to clarify what my friends order was. It was very clear the waiter wasn't paying attention the first time. Like I said, it was just very weird when we ordered. Other than that, the restaurant was clean and bright. The tables were clean, and the place looked okay. I'm not sure. The fact that the food was pretty boring and the experience with the waiter was what it was. I don't think I will be returning to this place. The food is just my personal taste. I am sure other people enjoy it, it isn't for me. But if I do give it another try, it will be through the drive-thru, and I will not be dining in.
