Frisch's Big Boy

This location is terrible. Every visit the restaurant is nearly empty. However, it takes awhile to be seated and you can stand there for 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging you. No one knows who is taking care of which table. If you show any frustration with the lack of attention, you're gaslit about how its one waiter taking care of the whole restaurant. The restaurant has maybe 5 tables that are seated. I can see other waiters at these tables? I haven't went through the drive-thru but I have went inside to get food to go and again, was forgotten about. Food isn't cooked at the same time. Some other worker came out after 15 minutes of taking someone else's order and exclaims, "Oh, I forgot to put your order in!" I watched another worker take fries out of a fry carton and then put that carton in a bag and take it to the drive-thru window. That is DISGUSTING. Your hands should not be anywhere near your mouth when you are handling someone's food. How long has that been going on? Has someone eaten off my plate before it was brought to me? Stay clear of this location! *Edit: Also, I'm not sure why the 'owner' keeps replying to everyone wishing to speak more on the matter. You can obviously read what my and everyone else who has left a complaint has said. Maybe talk to your staff instead?

Waited in the drive thru for 20 min. I finally drove off and realized I could have just cooked a meal in all that time.

Servers very kind and hospitable.

I've been eat frisch's my entire life. I can always count on Frisch's for the comfort food I grew up on.
