Fresko Grille Modern Mediterranean

4 Stars: Great. My spouse and I went out with some friends after liturgy one Sunday, and we opted for this place at Stovehouse. Solid choice, I would say, as Mediterranean food is basically always top-tier. The guys who helped us out were very friendly and having a good time working with each other - which I would take over good food any day! Grab a brew while you're there, and eat lots of pita, my friends. Special note: like most Med-style establishments, vegans, vegetarians, and other diets like gluten-free (unless you don't like olive oil like some kind of mad man) are very welcome and have plenty of options. Chickpeas all the way down. Recommendations: lentils, hummus, pita, pickled turnips, spiced chickpeas

Absolute god-tier. Just slammed a steak shawarma bowl and couldn’t be happier. Best restaurant in Stovehouse bar none.

@freskogrille They NEVER disappoint! Decided I wanted to eat here for a family lunch for my birthday  They were very informative to my family as well as other first time customers. The environment is always joyful and clean! My go to order: * Brown Rice *FALAFEL (Theirs is easily the best in Huntsville) * Lettuce * Cucumber Tomato salad* Baba Ganoush * Tzazki * And ALL the veggie fixins (I won't bore you) * With pita on the side bc *Veggies are more your preference but you can't skip on the Tzazki and Baba Ganoush. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 10/10 and it always is!! I recommend Fresko to EVERYONE!

A lovely place with outdoor dining, and activities. Great for casual dining

3.5 starsThe ingredients here are really delicious. I've only been once but I feel like you could have any combination of ingredients and your meal would be delicious. I got a wrap with beef meatballs (that's not what they're called but I don't remember the name. Basically beef and seasonings in an oblong shape), traditional hummus, brown rice, pickled turnips, Kalimantan olives, onion, tzatziki, some other sauce the guy said was good, and a side of chickpea salad. The flavors were really very good. The problem was the wrap. I saw a hot press at the end of the line so I thought they'd warmThe wrap first like they do at burrito places, but they didn't. The wrap was cold and hard and difficult to bite through, so every time I took a bite, all my ingredients were pushed out and it made a huge mess. I kept eating, obviously, because the stuff inside was good, but the wrap really wasn't. I recommend getting a bowl instead. The guys are really nice and friendly as well.

AMAZING!! The best Greek restaurant I've ever been to. The man named Chris who works here is a very hard worker and takes his job seriously.

A great place to eat fresh, healthy, delicious food with a Mediterranean twist. The staff was super friendly and the eating area outside is fun and inviting.
