Freshly Baked Eatery

Great food and kind people is rare in the same building. This place has out of the park quality with bores head meat company paired with fresh sourdough. I wish there were more locations but that never ends up withholding the quality. Ikes for example. Maybe it's better to only have one location.

I don't know what it is about San Jose but I have not had a better sourdough sandwich anywhere else. Between freshly baked eatery and sourdough eatery we have the best sandwiches in the bay. Have not had a chance to taste all mom and pop shops sandwiches but as reference, this place far exceeds the quality at Ikes Sandwiches. Wheelchair accessibility: Ada compliant ramp is available

Great sandwiches on fresh baked sourdough!!

I hesitate to rate this place because I don't want too many people to know about this place. The bread here is so good, I can't help but rate it as the best lunch spot in the entire Bay Area.

You guys, THIS is the place. I work a few blocks away and have been looking for a good sandwich spot for lunch (there aren't many) and I have found my go-to in Freshly Baked Eatery. Fast service, fresh ingredients, perfect ratios of meat/cheese/toppings and the BREAD is fantastic. They are cash only but have an atm on-site. Highly recommend.

This is going to be my new spot to take people when I’m in San Jose. I was turned onto this location by a friend of mine who frequents here. While I was waiting for my friend, the staff was extra, warm and friendly, and I got a really good vibe from them. They even Asked about the TikTok sandwich that was making the rounds. Great sandwiches and friendly staff. I had the #15

Definitely the best sandwich I've ever had. Only recently started coming and I'm already becoming a regular lol.
