Food is mediocre at best, couldn't even get my order right and charged me more than the item cost.

Should have read the reviews first. Feeling very disappointed after paying $15 for an Oaxaca bowl which tuned out to be 7/8 rice. I've been to lots of Freshii locations and they all vary but this might be the worst yet. A message to the managers/owners, stop being so stingy! It's no wonder I was the only customer in the 20 minutes I sat there. Nobody wants to feel ripped off. Sure you save a few dollars on ingredients but then you lose all your customers. I won't be coming back unless the reviews get better.

Horrible service. Was just there and asked if the Buddha Satay was gluten free and the person there told me it was so I ordered it to go. He kept pushing me to upsell for a bigger meal or an additional smoothie. Well I guess he wasn’t pleased that I bought more because he gave me the smallest portion imaginable. 2/3rds of the bowl was empty. As he was finishing preparing it, he put wontons on it. When I told him that wontons are not gluten free, he told me to just remove them with a spoon. He just handed me the bowl and walked away. I was so stunned by the terrible service I walked out. Got home and looked up the meal and it was not gluten free either!! I’m celiac so that would have made me very sick! Will not come back! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free/celiac

I went to the location yesterday And ordered a chicken bowl. I walked all the way back home, which is quite far upon opening my food. My bowl had no chicken. I called the restaurant I mediately to let them know, first of all the employee did not even apologize and just told me you can come back and we can fix it for you, I told her I live pretty far I’ll have to walk all the way back she didn’t say anything I said OK what time do you guys close? She said nine I said OK I’m gonna walk back at 8:30 I reach there and she looked at me and asked me to give her the bowl and said can add chicken to it. I sais I’d like you to make me a new one because this is all soggy and cold as been over an hour. she give me a really bad luck. She opens the ball and starts investigating as if I lied and I would walk all the way back here just coz I lied. She Threw in the garbage and made me a new one. She did not even once apologize even once did she did not ask to make it better for me for wasting my time. Very very rude customer service. I walked over 40 mins!!!

Great experience Customer service was phenomenal, staff is so welcoming and helpful. Food was great. Great selection of drinks and bowls. Will visit again for sure

Charge extra for 1 squirt of hot sauce.. employees are friendly but it’s mad expensive for the portions you get.

Have ordered three times from this location through UberEats and have my ordered prepared incorrectly three times. The most recent time I ordered a bowl from them and received a wrap.
