For anyone looking for a "lifestyle" change Fresh Kitchen will raise your eyebrows on the first bite. My wife and I decided to go outside of our comfort zone and decided to eat here and it did not disappoint. Their food was filled with mouth watering flavors along with their protein for those of us meat lovers. Start making better choices and diet less. Give it a shot and you won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love eating at FK! My favorite go to is the four with cauliflower potato mash, brown rice, shaved brussel sprouts, with baked almond chicken.

Fresh Kitchen offer a variety of food bowls with proteins either meat, chicken or veggies. There are many sides to choose from. They also cater to those that have food allergies such as gluten. the food is absolutely delicious. The offer tables to dine in and is very clean. The staff is patient and extremely nice. The tofu, noodles or mushrooms are a good choice. Parking can be hard so be patient.
