Fresco Mexican Grill & Salsa Bar

Fresco's restaurant in Kent's needs to teach their staff some phone manners. When I called to ask about a burrito recommendation, the guy on the phone was nasty and dismissive and even hung up on me. No matter how good your food might be, and it's not THAT good, treating customers with respect is just as important. Being nice on the phone can make a big difference in whether people want to eat at your restaurant. I've been eating there for years. Never again.

Outstanding food. Lots of options. Love the salsa bar and pie.

Chipotle is better. Their bowls are a bit weak and lack flavor. You get charged extra for peppers and onions. Prefer Chipotle because of flavor, ability to customize and I feel like you get more for your money

Our favorite for take out and also have used their catering for parties.

Great customer service, we placed an on-line order , payed on-line and it said our card was declined, tried again and same thing .only to find out it had charged our account 2x. My husband went to pick up our food and explained what had happened , the manager apologized and comped our food ! It only takes one act of kindness and GREAT customer service to keep a customer coming back !! Kudos to the manager there tonight, we appreciated it .

Fantastic food here, I got the Baja fish tacos, which were fresh and crisp on the breading. Definitely a good meal for some fresh ingredients. Mellow atmosphere, not super loud or packed, so a good place for lunch. Vegetarian options: Sweet potato burritos and tacos available Dietary restrictions: Most options can be made gluten free. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access with a smooth entrance to one side and stairs on the other.

This place is awesome! Great food at great prices, plus a salsa bar. What more could you ask for?
