Atmospheric Italian restaurant in the West Gate hotel. Cozy, tasty and satisfying. We enjoyed our dinner and recommend it!

In a less than half full restaurant I was put on a wait list, presumably because they didn't want to sit a single person in the dining room. I sat at the bar initially waiting for the 15 minutes they told me I'd wait to be seated. After 25 minutes I approached the host and asked how much longer. She immediately grabbed a menu and sat me in a dining room with dozens of empty tables. My server was great, making honest recommendations. However, I was given the wrong main course. I ended up eating the dish I was brought because it was late in the evening and no one checked on my food for about 10 minutes. No big deal, the ragu was actually quite good. When the check came I was told that I was only charhed for what I ordered, not the ragu, as it was more expensive, as if this was some great service they'd done for me. My experience here was terrible, but the meatballs, focacia, mule, ragu, and affogato were all quite tasty. Unfortunately, I don't think I'd come back. Too many other options that will seat a single person in their dining room and get the orders right.

Update: went on Christmas eve 2023 Service was terrible. Very very very very very slow. Took forever for everything. We were there for maybe 2 hours because it just took forever for everything and it’s was not busy. The place was pretty empty maybe 5 tables in the whole place. Then the food. It was BAD. It’s like everything that was so wonderful the first time has changed. The bread. Cold. The butter not brought. The Caesar salad. Was different and in a bad way than the first time. Chicken Parmesan sucked. Pasta was under cooked. The tiramisu wasn’t the same as the first time either. It seemed like everything changed. Very disappointing and expensive! Our bill was almost 300 bucks! We didn’t even order wine. This place was once one of the best meals I’ve very had and then become one of the worst. Very disappointed Service is excellent! Server was friendly and attentive. they have fresh baked bread that they bring out with this delicious oil and roasted garlic. To die for. Then the Caesar salad again a real banger. So delicious and fresh (croutons were amazing). I had the chicken parm (chicken is crispy and tender) the pasta tasted homemade. My sister had the chicken Alfredo (pasta tasted homemade and chicken was tender) absolutely scrumptious. Then I had the tiramisu, possibly the best I’ve ever had. The whole experience here was amazing. Everything was fresh, tasted homemade, and the service was fantastic. The place is very clean, warm and inviting. A real relaxed vibe. I will definitely be coming here for my next trip to Las Vegas. Delicious!!!

I recently dined at Fresco Italiano in Las Vegas and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. The homemade pasta was truly unforgettable, showcasing the chef's skill and dedication to authenticity. A highlight was when the executive chef personally came to our table to greet us, adding a personalized touch to an already delightful evening. Highly recommend for an authentic Italian culinary experience.

They never brought us out the bread to break bread with they also brought out the wrong food left mine sitting on the table to get cold when they brought out my boyfriend's plate of food mine was less than Luke warm I was highly disappointed we were there in March of 2023 and it was amazing this was supposed to be a special dinner and it ruined the night Parking: It was great Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn't apply to me

Loved the food and service at this restaurant. The pasta was fresh, the sauces were thick and flavorful, and the plating was beautiful. Beautiful restaurant as well. We had the fettuccine Alfredo with wild mushrooms, the eggplant appetizer, and the duck capellini. And the lemon ricotta mini donuts were amazing. All dishes were very tasty. Service was top-notch and the seating was very comfortable, we’re very tall people and these were huge chairs that made us feel like normal sized humans. Definitely recommend. Vegetarian options: Fettuccine Alfredo with wild mushrooms and eggplant appetizer
