Great sandwich, a warm welcome and good coffee. Jazz music on at a great level that blocks out the traffic noise and yet doesn’t deafen you. Beautiful covered seating area overlooking the canal, what’s not to love?

SO good! I followed the owner's recommendation and got an Italian beef sandwich with mozzarella, and giardiniera, soaked in its own broth, with a cup of tomato soup and crustini. With a soft drink and tip, about $20 and worth every bite! Great little patio on the canal and friendly inside, too.

Service and food were fantastic. The wait was long but the staff were clearly working hard to get everyone taken care of on a Saturday afternoon.
