Fresca Bowl & Poke Mahi

Ordered a smoothie via door dash. Was confirmed for pick up at 6:20-6:25. Arrived at 6:18 and the doors are locked. A worker was inside cleaning. I knocked but he wouldn’t let me in. Not sure why the store would confirm order if they were planning to close almost an hour before their listed closing time.

Salmon looked funny but I ordered anyway, spend 20 dollars, took 1 bite and through it in the trash. To make it worse the salmon was like half cooked from the rice, which is ewh. Ingredients didn't seem fresh and didn't smell appealing.

AVOID - Google says this place is open until 9pm. Their website says they’re open until 9pm. The sign on their front door says they’re open until 9pm. I placed an order for pickup directly on their website and it even warned “closing soon” because it was just after 8:00pm. The only reason I was trying this place despite its 3.9 stars on Google, was because of their hours being open “late”. The website confirmed my order and said it will be ready at 8:37pm. I walked 25 minutes to pick it up and arrived at 8:30pm to find all lights were turned off, and not an employee was in sight. I tried calling them and of course no one answered, so now I have to deal with this tomorrow to get a refund! Very annoying considering this problem could have been so easily avoided. Update: I’ve called them multiple times to get a resolution here (since no one reached out to me to resolve this) and the same person has answered the phone each time telling me they cannot issue refunds. He said he didn’t have a contact for the owner and has no idea when they will come into the shop. He recommended I just wait until someone sees my review. Very annoying.

The food is always FRESH and tasty. The smell (rawness)in there is overpowering as to be semi expected when dealing in raw seafood. The manager, or whomever that non smiling RUDE gentleman is has ZERO customer service grace. He needs to know that when serving people food a smile should come along with it! Very terse and off putting. He needs to remain in the back.

Sorry but the customer service in here alone will make you not want to order from here. Always has an attitude and looks like he hates life each time you walk in. Learned my lesson and will never come here again!

Enjoyed there. It's a nice and quite place. And all stuffs are so good and well behavior.

This place feeds you rations. I got a bowl with three little squares of fish. Even school cafeteria food gives you more for 1/8th the price…
