Down a graffiti art covered alley, Freeman's offers a rustic and cozy vibe. We are there for brunch and had a great visit. Their coffee is fantastic. I had the British breakfast plate, veggie styled. Everything was good and I would visit again.

came here for a weekend brunch! loved everything we ordered - lobster benedict, steak and potatoes + eggs, and french toast. the toast came with light, fluffy whipped cream that was so delicious even on its own! everything else was pretty average and we got enough to do family style to share with friends.

Me and my friend couldn’t even enjoy our food because our server (white lady with glasses and arm tattoo) made our experience uncomfortable. Every time she interacted with us she was so micro aggressive (and please if you’re not black don’t say we are overacting or invalidate our experience). How would you feel going out to eat and you can’t even enjoy your food because your waiter doesn’t think you can afford it. I can’t believe we tipped her racist as*. If you are young and black avoid this restaurant. She didn’t even give us our appetizer, she probably thought we couldn’t afford it.

They messed up our order and the portions were so small! Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back. NYC has much better to offer.

Due to the cold temperatures not really convenient. My wife felt sick later, called them and talked to the answering machine, they never called back.
