The food was good but the portions were small since I purchased a Monster Bowl. The prices are a bit high compared to Chipotle and could use a little more variety. The service was kinda mediocre…no greeting when I came in and the girl at the register seemed to have an attitude so that made the entire experience very subpar. In all, I don’t think the price I paid which was $24 for a monster bowl was not it.
Order not ready on time. Slowest line cook I’ve ever seen.
Food was good and service was also. Even came to the table to ask if everything was good. Definitely would come back again because food is consistent and service is good. Thanks guys!
They absolutely cannot handle a dinner rush at all. I have ordered ahead multiple times and every time they’re overwhelmed and have an awful to go system. The station to pick up is literally useless because it’s directly next to the register but apparently makes you invisible.
This location has gone down hill. It used to be a fun, friendly atmosphere but that has diminished. They also advertise a kids eat free promo that never works online or through the app. Every time we order ahead, the order is wrong. I think we've given up on this location.
The doors outside were nasty. Inside the tubs were empty. Didn’t have no food the tubs. The tubs area was nasty needed cleaning. I can’t eat here, just filthy store. Don’t eat here. Might get food poisoning
Every time I come into this location it’s an exceptional experience. Always greeted warmly by smiling staff. The food is always delicious and they are so quick. The general manager Kyle is always going above and beyond for me and my daughter when we come in on Saturdays, he is so kind and helpful!
This was really bad. I mean really really bad. The rice had the consistency of mashed potatoes, the chicken tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave. I wanted to throw it away. And I’m a Gen X guy and we were taught not to throw away food because of starving children in other countries. I still threw it away. I really don’t know what happened to this place. I know that Freebirds brand at one time was a really really good brand. They came up from Austin and I was really excited. That’s definitely not the case in this place. I mean these are management type problems. You don’t serve ingredients like that to People. Freebirds, you really need to do something about this.
I appreciated the guy looking out for me on my order after his co worker did not secure the lid on my order and spilled all out in my car. He made it right. I will be back, (checking my lids tho)
