Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Quick service. Love the fries and vanilla concrete.

This has got to be the worst operated fast food in Falcon from a service perspective. I have been 4 times because I love Freddys and the service is horrible every time. The drive through line takes forever for anyone to even take your order. You are greeted immediately and then asked to wait. I waited 3 times for over 10 minutes at the speaker. My order has also been wrong 4/4 times and have to wait inside even longer to get it fixed. To add to the long wait times and inconsistent orders, two times workers have been hanging outside and cussing loudly in their discussion while I sit feet away with my windows down and kids in the car. I kept coming back as a lot of the workers seemed young and new to food service but I will not be back or recommend this location to anyone.

Fast efficient and good quality. It's not a bad joint to grab some grub.

I asked for No onions on my chili dog and it had extra onions had to scrap off all the chili I was in drive-thew I got home to eat it yuck.

Burgers were great, hot with fresh ingredients. Fries and curds were served hot as well. Service was friendly.

Do not miss the Frozen Hot Chocolate! Very friendly service. Drive thru is MUCH faster than it used to be.

If they have a line they will mess up your order. Has happened to me multiple times.
