Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Best fast food burger. Getting a custard is a must. And the Jalapeno fry sauce. Always friendly staff. UPDATE: Been hundreds of times now. Still awesome!

Tonight we came in and we walk in to an empty restaurant, so you would think 1 of the 7 employees could clean up at least a little... there was food all over, dirty tables, no ketchup in the dispensers... we ordered and had the most impolite cashier, Gwen came up to the register without even saying a word to us. We continue to order without a word from her. She had such an attitude and when she did say something she was just so rude, if it wasn't for our kids wanting Freddy's, we would have definitely walked out. But $85 later they're happy and we're disgusted. On top of our personal experience, as we are eating, one of the employees kept spraying Cleaner on the counters towards the toppings for the custard, and then your lovely Gwen went in and served the same toppings that weren't even covered while he was spraying Cleaner (so if anyone gets sick from here after custard...that definitely could be the problem)!!! We will not be back to this place unfortunately.

They forgot to put the top half of the bun on.

Morgan, the cashier in the drive thru, is the driest, most unfriendly, and the most standoffish, customer service personnel we've ever dealt with! She was very uninterested to take our order. The hotdogs were even turned upside down! We've been to different Freddy's locations and they always ask what kind of sauce for the fries but this one, nothing Since they didn't ask, we specifically requested for fry sauce. Politely requested! Did Morgan even care to include it in the order? Nope! I would understand if the drive thru is very busy and you missed a thing or two but we're the only on in the line. If you don't like your job, Morgan, then do something else where you don't have to deal with customers. So disappointed.

Excellent food, loved the French fries and peppermint shake,! Burger was delicious!

Went through the drive thru and pulled foward out of courtesy. Thought there was a second window. Nope. Just a rain hanger with nothing to hang over. Very misleading

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra sauce didn’t receive any extra sauce. Light sauce if even. Asked for a double steakburger with light salt because every time I come here it’s extremely salty. Once again even while asking it was extremely salty it’s inedible. Paid 15 for an inedible salty burger, barely any fries that are also way too salty, and a shake that is has way too much milk. The staff gave attitude and I understand that nobody likes to work but please appreciate they have one. When I walked in the place was filthy while having multiple staff members.

Just an update to a previous review. So I've lost my debit card twice in the past 5 years. Both times it was because I wasn't given my card back at the drive through. The first time I called and the said they had it and when I arrived it was MIA, this time at least they had it at least. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes we get what we ordered, sometimes we don't, sometimes it takes 5 minutes for our order when it's busy other times it takes 15 minutes when they are slow. When the order is correct the food is usually good at least.
