People at the drive-thru not very friendly play give me my order for my family and it was pretty skimp on the fries not even a fry left over in the bag and those are the best

“cameron” who was working in the drive through is super rude. I come here a lot and the day time workers are amazing but the kids that work at night sometimes are just the worst. Also the “chocolate brownie delight” sundae had no brownie in it -___- bruh… and my hot chocolate shake that was expensive af was like 3/4ths full

kids working at night in the drive through at the worst. They make you wait forever, are rude af, and the food is always cold. or they just throw fries back in the grease and they get hard affff. They are always just on their phones messing around. which like ok, enjoy your shift, you don’t need to be miserable…but do your job first.

I have to reduce my star rating to 1, and I'm not coming here again unless something big changes. The inconsistency is astounding. My most recent visit was disappointing and a really bad look. We ordered 2 burger meals and upgraded the fries to large, plus an extra burger (so 3 total burgers and 2 large fries). I opened the bag to find only 2 burgers and the fries were regular size. We had to ask not only for the 3rd burger but to get the size fries we paid for. Then the food didn't even taste right. Beef was bland, buns soaked in oil. The fries were unsalted, undercooked, and oily. Spent $35 just for the food to end up trashed. I'll be going to a farther location to get my Freddy's salt fix. At least they're always consistent. In 2019 this was a 5 star place, I've been reducing my rating slowly because it just keeps getting worse. Previous review - March 2023, 3 stars: I used to have this location rated at 5 stars, but over the past couple years, and especially recently the quality has gone down. There is no consistency in how your food will come out. Fries will either be cold, saltless, warm, over fried, under fried and greasy, over salted, or perfect. Similarly with the burgers they will be cold, warm, under or over cooked, or perfect. I'm reducing my star rating because of the above, and because the last time I went my order came out slightly wrong (and it took talking to 2 people to correct) and the fries were stone cold and somehow half were hard as a rock and the other half too greasy, and they were unsalted (which isn't the worst because then I can control the salt I consume). I want to recommend this location, but for now I cannot.

Worst experience ever! I'm more of a complimenter than a complainer, but this one really takes the cake. The chicken sandwich didn't have bacon or cheese on it, and it was cold and dry. The onion rings were burnt, and the sprite was out of syrup. And I paid $14 for it. I took a few bites of the sandwich, and the onion rings were so burnt I didn't even try them.

Slow as hell, but good food. Wish drive threw was faster
