Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Burgers were seared perfectly.

I remembered why I didn't care much for Freddy's. Paper thin hamburgers. Taste was ok, but prefer other places over here.

A quick message the dead-faced kid at the register tonight who became furious that we walked in at 9:25pm on a Tuesday night when y’all were absolutely dead… thanks for making us feel so uncomfortable with your aggressively unwelcoming attitude that we didn’t even care to approach & place an order with you my guy. Your lack of customer service was craaaazy! No idea what’s going on at this location on a weekday night, with a posted schedule, and specific operating hours of a business in which customers are allowed to consume your product… All I gotta say is either write out a new training manual, or don’t allow your employees to begin cleaning & breaking down 35 minutes before your posted closing time of operations. Otherwise, what’s the point in advertising an “open until 10pm” timeframe if everyone’s already finished with the closing duties before 9:30? Maybe adjust your hours to “Open until 9pm” instead so that people don’t drive 20 minutes out of their way to try and enjoy a meal at an (unfortunately) recommended place to eat? We’ve always wanted to try y’all’s burgers, but that first impression was a hard pass. Make sure y’all put in an order while the sun is still shining!

This was such a pleasant surprise. My friend invited me out before we got the movie theatre . Each visit has been enjoyable with good customer service, clean faculty and chicken sandwiches. Hats off to the crew that had to clean up big coke mesd that was left from another customer. Only complaint is that I did not see a top jar and the crew deserved this..I have not had the custard but going to try next visit. Have had chicken club combo with onion rings. Very tasty!

The worst Freddy's I have ever been to.... A double bacon cheeseburger ?... Nothing you need to come and retrain your employees!....awful!!!!!.... Not up to the standards of Freddy's!!!
