Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Pull up to the drive thru first thing out of his mouth we don't have any patties. How? But ok I'll take a chicken sandwich. Waited approximately 15-20min for my food. I would have left but they already took my money. The food wasn't even hot. Lukewarm at best. They didn't mark the drinks. Dr. Pepper and Mug looks alike. And they forgot my cheese cup. I should have left when he told me they didn't have burgers. Will not be going back.

Just went through the drive thru with my daughter on my lunch break. She got chicken tenders and they were cold. I thought she was being dramatic but the chicken tenders felt like they grabbed them straight from a fridge and served them.

Food staff and dining room were great. Service is fast and we will be returning.

Staff seemed overworked but still were giving great service! The bathroom was out of toilet paper, but even after we told them, no one went to refill it.

People were very nice. Burger was great. French fries COLD.

I love the food and have ordered it to go a few times. Every time they forget something. It's really disappointing when you get home and the one thing you were wanting is not included. This time is was the onion rings to both of our combs. If you just didn't wanna make rings or didn't have em, just say so instead of stickering the bag and letting me get home to find stuff missing.

Tonight, our son got to choose what he wanted for dinner because he was student of the month at school. He was already super excited that he was getting a burger, but the manager made it even more special. Robin T. came over to say hello to our family, and my son shared that he was student of the month with her. Robin T. made sure to make him feel special and encourage his hard work. We always appreciate others reinforcing our kids' good behavior. We will definitely be back to see Robin T!
