Best Freddy’s I’ve ever had!!! Very Friendly! The Jalapeño Burger is amazing!

Just wanted to share that my first ever visit to a Freddy’s was A+. I was part of a school group that visited this establishment on Saturday, Feb. 10 around 5pm. We had roughly 25 students plus 6 adults. The parking of two buses was not a problem. The workers were incredibly friendly and accurate on preparation of each order. Not a single complaint. The food was awesome and the service even better. I would not hesitate to make another visit. Good job, Freddy’s. Parking: We couldn’t park directly in front of the restaurant with two buses, but the adjoining lot made it a breeze.

Worst experience had in any fast food restaurant. The lady taking my order barely let me finish my sentences out before cutting me off every time so of course they missed some things. I asked for no ice in my drink bc of a teeth sensitivity & it was completely filled with ice so i asked for it to be fixed. The lady was visibly annoyed with it, so i got another eye roll when i asked for the sauce i didnt get in the bag. The drink was barely 3/4 full but i wasnt gonna piss the worker off even more. I got my bag & immediately noticed the fries were half filled & lukewarm but i figured i’d just warm them up when i got home. I drive 30 minutes home & get ready to eat when i see the longest blonde/silver hair in my burger. It’s intertwined in the condiments & made me wanna throw up looking at it. I called the store 3 fkn times only for no answer, spent $20 on basically trash & cant drive back there for a refund.

Ive been a long time foodie and when i finally found Freddy's i found the premium quality of their beef to be near perfect. and the service was quicker than even fast food. I expected that to come at the price of taste but I was genuinely delighted when i took my first bite of my number 2 sandwich. Needless to say this restaurant has earn my service for years to come. Kid-friendliness: As i was enjoying my #2 sandwich i saw a party of 12 children come in and the employees weren't overwhelmed and even greeted the children and gave each one a free scoop of their famous frozen custard. I would recommend Freddy's not only for just normal social gatherings but also any birthday party or get together.

Strange the little girl at the counter in the clown makeup couldn't quite grasp what everything meant, pretaining to condiments. It was like I was on a hidden camera show or the twilight zone. The lettuce wrapped cheeseburger was much better than normal, and it was prepared quickly and efficiently. Just the strange little girl at the counter was a little off-putting. I'll go back.

Good burgers and great fries! Fast service

Horrible. Ridiculous. Ordered online ahead of time since at least this particular location will have you waiting till the Stars burn out. Yep. Didn't matter. Waited about 10 minutes behind one car that got a tiny bag of food. They asked did you have the chicken strips? No mine was an online order like I told whoever at the drive-thru menu. She finally finds it shuts the window doesn't give me my drink I'll wait another few minutes for her to stop ignoring me and remind her my combo meal comes with it drink. Of course it was ice cold by the time I got home and my burger was wrong because you know it's rocket science. Never again
