Small old school looking pizza place, but some of the best pizza in the upper west side. It hits the right tone of sweetness, but not too sweet. The crust is just right and reheats really well. They do get very busy when work lets out so get ready to wait.
We stayed at Hotel Beacon right around the corner, so naturally, had to try the closest pizza place. I may stay at Hotel Beacon every time just to be near Freddie's! No better late night snack then a slice of pizza, and this is about as authentic and good as it gets when it come to New York pizza.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarion and vegan options Dietary restrictions: Some options have vegan cheese Wheelchair accessibility: No, some stairs to acces.
It was the best pepperoni pizza I’ve ever had in recent memory
Every time I am in New York City I try to find a new pizza joint to try. This one did not disappoint. Friendly service and great slices.
La mejor pizzería de New York
Not the friendliest crew but sometimes you can either make friends or you can get really decent pizza. Pies are prepared quickly and the price point is fair. Highly recommend when you're in the neighborhood and craving a quick slice.
