We've had the pizza once and it was very good. But they need to have an updated phone number on their website and with Uber. Also I don't recommend ordering from through through Uber, call them and place your order with an actual person. Uber/Fratelli's situation: if they are going to use a service for customers to place orders, they should be sure their hours and phone number are updated (I don't understand why a business would change their phone number anyway), so a customer doesn't have to contact the service multiple times to get a refund. If Uber doesn't refund me,then I lay the blame on Fratelli's for not updating their information, allowing orders to be placed when they're closed, and getting paid for service they didn't provide. I will remove this section, if I get a 100% refund. I'd be calling Fratelli's now rather than this review if at the very least I could've left a message on their vm, but as of now I have no idea how to contact them. When I was in there, a couple of months ago, waiting for my food that I ordered directly at the restaurant, a man came in and the employee asked him if he was waiting for an Uber order, the cust said "yes", I heard the man behind the counter say in the back, that the Uber order printer wasn't on, so they needed this order right away. I had forgotten about that, and tonight I placed an order with Uber for delivery. The food never showed up. I called the number Uber provided and got a recording that that number wasn't valid, so I googled and found another, which I called, and I just got a recording, don't know if it was the restaurant, it only said "this call may be recorded for quality purposes" then disconnected. I contacted Uber who told me the restaurant's staff does the delivery, so they couldn't track it. I said it's been 2 hours since I placed the order and the phone number doesn't work. I have to contact Uber again tomorrow to let them know it definitely didn't show up, now we're up to 3 hours and the restaurant is closed. They said there was going to be a $29 charge for cancelling during my conversation with them regarding this situation at that time, so I opted to wait until tomorrow when they are positive it's not coming, if they try to charge me for requesting a no-show refund, I will be done with Uber and Fratelli's, Fratelli's because they seem to have an issue updating their info with Uber and Uber for keeping my money, but I hope it works out OK, because the pizza is very very good, and I'm very picky about my food. I also like Frank and Al's, so if you like Frank n Al's you will probably like this, The is now my first choice for pizza.
