The food is tasty, well priced, and well portioned. The staff are very friendly and attentive, creating a very welcoming environment and enjoyable dining experience. Great place for families (not just)!

I always enjoy Frans meals.. doesn't matter, breakfast, lunch or dinner.. its consistently good food

Decent location and atmosphere but the food was not that good, we had the fish and chips which was decent enough, the steak which was okay and a Cesar salad that was simply bad. The wait staff were nice but a little disinterested. Maybe different items on the menu are better but our experience was pretty mediocre.

One of my favourite spots in the city to have breakfast and unwind. I haven't been here in years but Stephen remembered me. His warm attentive service left the same lasting impression as it did then. He is an incredibly asset to your establishment.

Our wait person was terrific. The atmosphere was reminiscent of the 1970s, which we kind of expected, but the food was practically inedible. My western had no taste, my wife's fish and chips tasted like cardboard. The chips were OK. My wife ordered a whisky, but the colour, aroma and taste were lacking. My diet Pepsi was tasty. It's right across the street from Massey Hall, so a perfect pre-concert venue, but they need to up their game.
