Been coming here for years always a great place for cheesesteaks

It’s a 4/10. It tastes like minced meat or a ground beef sub or something. Would not recommend to others unless they’ve changed their meat recipe.

I'll give you that rating because my daughter said it's the best Philly cheese steak she's ever had. It was too far from where I was so went to Jersey Mike's and had one that was less than mediocre.

I am kinda a cheesesteak fan and have been making my way around OC's cheesesteak dispensaries. Here is my review. It is a solild cheesesteak (meat, cheese, onions) but i have several personal preferences that i think make for a better cheesesteak. 1. Onions, i like mine cubed, slowly sautéed and on top of my sandwich. Frank's has stringy onions running throughout. This causes problems when biting in and pulling out half bitten onions. 2. The steak was chopped up well...to well. It gave me a texture of ground beef instead of sautéed strips of steak. I didnt like the mouth feel. 3. It could have used some salt, i will ask to add if i come back.

If I could I would give this place 10 stars!!!! Being Chicago born, this is the ONLY place to get a real Philly Cheesesteak in this area!!! I highly recommend this place!!! Super big portions and beyond amazingly tasty!!!

Franks has a unique taste to their beef i love. I love other phillys too but this ones one of the best!

as an avid traveler I have come across many a hidden gem but this one takes the steak ♡ Frank's is just the place to fulfill your nostalgia along with your tummy! The atmosphere gives you a genuinely heart warming experience. I personally suggest grabbing yourself a philly cheese with the works... and don't forget to tip this guy deserves it!
