Frankie's The Steakhouse

I went last night with my girlfriends for a girls' night out. I have been to Frankie's previously and the food, drinks, and service were amazing. Last night, it was my friends' first time going to Frankie's and I was so disappointed with the service. First, our server never came to check on our table to make sure our food came out ok. Secondly, I asked for a rib eye to be cooked medium well, it was presented as medium. It took almost an hour to get our food. I had to ask the bartender for a cocktail menu. I had to ask the server to correct our bill and I had to ask another server to get our server so that we could in fact get our bill. What I noticed is that our server spent more time at another table and completely ignored us. I stated my concerns twice to the manager because I was disappointed. If you're going for the food and drinks, so long as they get the order correct, it is wonderful. If you're looking for excellent service, maybe reconsider or just be ready to ask for things as opposed to your server anticipating your needs.

I enjoyed a wagyu bone in ribeye cooked to perfection. The flavor was absolutely awesome. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The service was on point. Our side dishes were awesome the shrimp cocktail had jumbo prawns that were amazing. We had the best servers in the restaurant Gamalial and Daniel R. were exceptional!! We are only in town for business but can’t wait to come back and enjoy another wonderful meal here!

We went for our 20th anniversary dinner and we were hoping to have a nice, romantic dinner. The service was impeccable and the food delightful. Unfortunately, the musician ruined the atmosphere with music that didn't fit the atmosphere. That really stood out when a loud, obnoxious Sweet Caroline sing along broke out. Now don't get me wrong, I love a good sing along but NOT during my $500 anniversary meal. Save that for some wings and beers. While I would return for the food and service, I would make sure it wasn't for a special evening. The portion sizes are very generous and wine was good. Parking: Self parking lot was a bit full due an event at the stadium next door. Thankfully, valet is available. Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. More upscale dining.

Celebrated my Birthday there. First time going and found this wonderful hidden gem. Best steak I have ever put in my mouth. The servers were out of this world. So cordial and welcoming. Shout out to Lola, Jana, and Skye. Truly this place gets my superior rating. We will be back when I visit Atlanta again. Thank you for the Birthday cake too. Very special touch and the muffins were sure good with my morning coffee. Made my experience eating there stretch a bit more. KUDOS Frankie’s and all the staff You are rocking it.

Yesterday evening was my and my fiancé’s first visit to Frankie’s. The food was delicious, the service, impeccable, and the ambiance lovely. Why only two stars? Because we both developed symptoms of food poisoning within about 6-8 hours of eating there. We actually both became very nauseous shortly after the meal, which is extremely rare for either of us. We thought maybe the 1.5 alcoholic drinks we’d had were stronger than we’d realized, but the symptoms that later appeared confirmed it had nothing to do with the drinks and was in fact food poisoning. I’ve been awake for hours with body chills, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. My fiancé and I had not shared any meals in common over the past few days, so I know the food poisoning had to come from Frankie’s. I’m not sure what the culprit was, but here’s a rundown of what we had - 1.5 glasses of seasonal sangria each, split a Caesar salad, chateau briand steak (me), sea bass (fiancé), rolls and butter, broccoli, lyonnaise potatoes, corn soufflé, and bourbon bread pudding. I am posting this in the hopes that the restaurant will do a better job keeping their food safe so others don’t have to go through this awful experience. Such a disappointing ending to an otherwise wonderful dining experience.

This was our first visit and it servers Cherie and Edward was so knowledgeable and great vibes and energy. Our food was delicious. I am not a connoisseur of steak but from now on I only want steak from Frankie’s The steakhouse. Great all around. Not noisy at all perfect for gatherings who knows maybe I’ll come back and celebrate my birthday here in May.

Patrick and Ruth were amazing!! Great recommendations on drinks. Our food was absolutely delicious! They even brought a huge cake for my birthday!

Meg and Edward were fantastic servers. We thought the food was a little bland and didn’t blow us away especially considering how expensive it was. Very nice fancy date night spot.
