Frankie & Benny's

Kerri served us and she was fantastic, we had some picky eaters and she was extremely attentive with the order and drinks.

I recently dined at Frankie & Benny's and was thoroughly disappointed. The service was okay but a the staff seemed indifferent, I stay for a while to be seated, and nobody offered the menu, The food was mediocre at best, lacking in flavor and overcooked. Overall, it was a forgettable dining experience and I won't be returning anytime soon.

No really worth going anywhere else in centrrtainment

Food was lovely,the lady who served us was really nice made us feel welcome and great for me as had gluten free menu. Only tiny thing and it's not just this place it's everywhere...I think when you don't come in with kids you shouldn't be seated next to other people's kids ..no offence to them it's just we get rid of our child (which is once in a blue moon for us)then seated next to other people's...noooooo..lol.but still great place xx

The food was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, which helped provide a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. My only criticism is that Bluelight/student discount would not be applied on event nights which was a little disheartening as the restaurant was very busy so I don't fully understand the reasoning for this but still worth the price I paid for the quality and quantity of food received.

It's a family favourite for us and our 2 kids. Always plenty of options for everyone. It's a similar menu to TGIs but there is more choice and the staff are more genuinely friendly. We've no idea if the desserts are good because starters and mains are more than enough to fill most normal people. All the starters are great. Also every main we have tried so far has been very tasty. Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for kids. Staff always friendly towards children as well.

To night went for a meal with my frend she asked for a paster dish wen it came paster was cold and on sauce on it thay tuck it back and put sases on that was cold I would not have feed that to a rat then she had to wate a nuther 30 minits for a oternative to come which was not good
