A lovely restaurant with delicious food

I have been coming to this restaurant for a cpl of years now. The food was very good and for what they charge it should be good! I ordered from this restaurant at least once a week and spend $40 plus. I recently bought food and it was horrible simply horrible!! I was very shocked by the customer service I received from the restaurant when I called to let them know. Yesterday I spoke to Anthony who was very nice and understanding and told me he would have the manager Marsha call me back. Well.. this is the second day and no Marsha! I called today and spoke to Mary who was very rude!! No worries though I will not be back because as a customer who has a legitimate complaint about something that they’re paying for and the Manager of all ppl can’t return phone call to a customer I warn you DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE WHEN YOU INCOUNTER A PROBLEM THE MANAGER MARSHA WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK AND YOU WILL SPEAK TO VERY RUDE PPL LIKE MARY!! Don’t waste your time here it’s not worth it!!!!

It's ok.... The veal Parm was tough. Didn't expect that. Crowded seating arrangements. Not good for a romantic date. Ok to take kids for spaghetti. Inconsistent martinis.
