TOP NOTCH FOOD BUT SERVICE IS APPALLING. I have been a great fan of this restaurant for the last 4 years and lately it seems the service is so inconsistent. Incredibly slow waiters and each time it is someone new, making a total of 4-5 waiters helping you from the start to finish line making it impossible for both the customer to keep track of who is handling their requests and I assume it has to be even harder in the kitchen and backend of communication. The food is splendid so going forward I will probably simply order out or pickup.

It was my first time dining here and I am vegan. It was a very nice atmosphere inside, different seating arrangements and it was quiet where we sat - good for catching up. The decor and lighting were classy. The bar behind us was nice. I was impressed by the size of the menu. We got the japchae dumplings, Peking bao and the Indonesian goreng noodles. All were quite tasty, the bao was my favorite. I knocked off points for the drinks - the cab sauv by the glass was really unpleasant for $17/glass and the hot house sake was average. The service was quite poor. They were attentive in the beginning with multiple people within minutes but then completely disappeared and forgot about us. One drink came out and then the other drink took ages (the hot sake - at least 10 extra minutes, maybe 15), asked about the whereabouts of the drink, asked for forks a few times before we got them, asked for the server a few times and had to go and physically get them, didn't check in or offer to clear plates until we asked for the bill and then the bill came immediately. No one was particularly warm/friendly/smiling - it was very passive service that diminished over time and it detracted from the dining experience overall. I would have sent the wine back if I could have attracted their attention. The service alone from multiple staff would not have me rushing back.

During my visits to this restaurant, I had the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes from their menu, giving me a comprehensive taste of their offerings. Here's a breakdown of my experience: For starters, the combination pancakes were a delightful start to the meal. Among them, the scallion pancake stood out with its savory and perfectly cooked texture. However, the fried dumpling, while tasty, leaned towards being excessively oily, which slightly detracted from its overall appeal. The Peking Duck Baos, unfortunately, didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of flavor and presentation. Moving on to the main course, the Spicy Franchia Noodles left me with mixed feelings. While it was decent, I didn't encounter any standout elements that set it apart from similar dishes. The Rainbow Sushi, featuring a variety of flavors, showcased the restaurant's creativity. Among them, the spicy tuna stood out as the highlight, with its well-balanced spice and freshness. The BBQ meat sushi was also commendable, although the crispy shrimp fell short of delivering a satisfying experience. One dish that didn't quite hit the mark for me was the Avocado Bibimbap. Its lack of flavor left me underwhelmed, and I would instead recommend trying the Curry Chicken Bibimbap, which I'm eagerly looking forward to having on my next visit. The presentation of the Curry Chicken Bibimbap in a hot stone adds an extra layer of excitement to the dining experience. Overall, the food at this restaurant exceeded my expectations, showcasing a range of flavors and culinary techniques. I would highly recommend this establishment, especially if you find yourself in the area. The attentive staff and the serene ambiance further enhance the dining experience, making it a pleasant choice for a memorable meal out.
