The food was horrible .I wasted 100 dollars on 3 cut up shrimp in a bowl of hard pasta that was horrible

We celebrated my daughters’ birthday today! From the moment I walked in the door with her cake, up until it was served - customer service and attention to detail was exceptional! Our meals were also on point. Thank you so much.

Stopped in for a late lunch. There appeared to be a large party, and they seemed a little overwhelmed. I ordered from the happy hour menu, and it was delicious but not overpriced.

This review is well overdue! I have been a regular client for some years now. I love the high end ambiance in a little part of the suburbs. The food never misses, and the hospitality never falls short. So grateful to always be welcomed with a seat at the bar after long days of work and for the incredible staff, especially Miguel and Ryan, who go above and beyond when i bring my family.

We had a memorial luncheon for my dad here a few years ago. They really went above and beyond, opening for us on a day they were normally closed for lunch, giving us a private room, and the food was outstanding. I really can't say enough good things about this place. My dad would have loved it. South Side hospitality all the way!

After a very unexpected death in my family, I contacted Francescas to rent their private room for a celebration of life memorial service. The cost per person was good. Maybe $$-$$1/2. But the food, service and privacy was well worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Francescas for any events you have. We love it for lunch and dinner too. Their food is top notch for the cost. We also had an amazing wait staff for our event. Never an empty glass! They also were able to accommodate for food allergies for one of our guests. Thank you, Francescas for making our sad day bareable.
