Foxtrot

The staff are super cold, look like they are "daydreaming" or something similar because they totally don't know what they should do. Ordered a pick-up, walked 6 min to the store and when I got there, not a single one of the four items I ordered is ready. Waited in the store for another 15 min and after I asked 3-4 times, and eventually talked to the guy at the counter again, he finally gave me one of the two tacos I ordered. I showed him there is another one, then he gave me that. I then showed him I also ordered a roll, he grabbed that. Then he didn't even give me a bag, watching me with four items on my hand including a latte (which is cold after my waiting). Then I asked if I can have a bag :) Been to 3 locations of Foxtrot this one is the worst. Staff super cold and totally ignore your existence. I also wondered why people ordered behind me (because mine is a pick-up) can get their order before me. If I didn't ask, I probably have waited another 30 minutes, or forever. Tacos are glued with paper and I have eaten them before I noticed.

Staff seems to not enjoy working for the manager. They are rude & not happy working here. Culture is set by the manager. They have a policy against being your own container which is no problem. I always like to ask if it’s an option. But they were very snappy about it. ‍♀️

After living in streetville community for 2 years, this coffee shop have always give me the worst customer experience. If you order a coffee online and try to pick, and wait there for 20 mins, there would be 90% chance you will never get the coffee you have ordered. They either said they didn’t receive the order (despite you placed your order through their official app), or they forgot and not making it at all. The staffs have NO ownership and 0 customers obsession, they don’t care about their customers at all. Oh yes, you know what, they said they will refund the orders, BUT I never received those refunds. Plz, if you guys don’t know how to run a coffee shop, just replace it with a Starbucks, at least in the morning I can get my coffee and go to work on time.

Good drinks and great service. If you can manage to qualify for Member+ on the app, the $3 lattes are a great deal!

Surprised by the low previous ratings. They made a very good dirty chai and the breakfast taco and sandwich were great. Could easily go back for a breakfast of multiple tacos. So good! Interesting selection of items in the store section.

Really used to like this place. Service has deteriorated significantly over the past months. No such thing as grabbing a quick coffee. Wait time is consistently beyond 20 minutes. That is if they don’t forget your order.
