It has been over half an hour, still waiting for my coffee......backyard area has garbage and the bench is very dirty.

Lately the barista experience has been OFF. Not well trained or inexperienced it seems. Getting your order and getting out takes a while. Today there was what seemed to be even an off duty employee in regular clothing making his own coffee behind the counter, discussing with the barista his plans for the day. They conversed while other guests went ungreeted. I should be glad he was there though because he did correct her on serving my coffee to me properly. I live in the Hourglass District and have seen this a few times now in a row since I've been in there and I hope this stuff is corrected because it's currently the only coffee shop on the road. Lately we've been driving up to Drunken Monkey to get that fix for errands.

I love having our neighborhood Foxtail only blocks away from my small business. I order online most days a when I walk in everyone is always so nice. I grew up in this area an have watched all the changes in the last 50yrs. I’m glad this is one of our newer additions

Very speedy service! The chicken ranch crunch was really yummy.
