My wife and I ordered 2 iced coffees and 2 chocolate chip cookies. The iced coffees were decent, but the cookies were dried out, crumbly, and lacked decent flavor, especially with the fact that 2 cookies cost $8.84. For that price, your baked goods should be GOOD. The service was slow, and the gentleman that helped us was "nice enough" but didn't really smile and wasn't really kind. There were only 2 employees that we saw, and they were indeed both busy, but that's not an excuse to be barely be present. I could order from a kiosk if I wanted that type of experience. Finally, this is the first time we actually ordered something, because every time we have been previously (including this time), 95% of the seating is taken up by people camping with laptops, backpacks, etc. I get it to a certain extent, but there were people at the tables that literally had no coffee, pastries, etc. and that is my definition of "camping." I am not sure what their policies are, but we ended up taking our order to go because all of the tables were taken, and the counter-height seating was sporadic. Overall, I don't think I'll come back. The coffee was good, but while the environment nice, there is just not enough space for people. Better service would have swayed our opinion, but all we received were stale cookies and an attitude that matched the cookies.

Went here for the first time with my family the other day. Although we spent $14 for only a latte and croissant, that seems to be the going rate these days for most specialty coffee. We appreciated how clean it was inside but also the cleanliness and professional appearance of the staff. Lately at other major chain coffee shops it seems you need blue hair, piercings everywhere, and lots of body art to be a welcomed employee there. At foxtail all 3 of the younger staff members were all very clean cut looking with nice hair and freshly pressed button down shirts, friendly and smiling, and able to answer questions and converse with customers. We also LOVE the glass coffee cups! Makes you feel like you’re at central perk or Lukes Diner. We will be going back here!

The quality of products is amazing here. It's my second time coming back, and Sabriel, (short girl with glasses and curly black hair) made me not feel welcome. She barely spoke or acknowledged my "Good Morning" and geatured with her hands to the card reader when i finished mt order. She didnt even give me the oatmeal cookie i ordered i had to aak the other lady working. It's been awhile since I wrote a bad review but I'm dissapointed to have felt this way and been treated auch a way. I hope the customer service is revised for my next visit. Or I will find another place to go.

Tables outside are not tables. They are wobbly plastic resembling tables. Cafe con leche is not cafe con leche, people can add sugar to their own lattes thx. It's the bean flavor that makes a cafe con leche. Cappuccino was over frothed-- it's about ratio, not texture. There are plenty more hard hitting options for coffee enthusiasts. Baristas were friendly tho

Perfect if you’re looking for a work or study atmosphere. Coffee is average. We both ordered cafe latte with lavender bitters and condensed milk. Came out so bland cant even taste the lavender or feel the sweetness of condensed milk. We also got large sizes, cost over $8, honestly don’t think it’s worth it.

We have been to a couple different Foxtail Coffee's. First time to this one. We got iced latte's, one vanilla and one caramel. Foxtail is very consistent and delicious. I really appreciate that they moved on from the paper straws, those things are the worst. I wish they would move on from the sip lids too, I don't trust those things.

The only reason for four stars is sometimes it just tastes odd. The inside is small, but cozy. Loved the chocolate croissant.
