We are from Rhode Island, our daughter is getting married in NH, so to make it easier on the families for travel reasons we choose Quincy to have her shower. I first want to say I worked with Barbara Ray, who was amazing at returning my emails, countless questions and easing my anxiety about this process! Fox and Hound are Blessed to have her! the quote came back as the best one for our needs. The building I had never come into, however walking into the area for the shower, my stress fell off and I was so pleasantly surprised on how put together the area was! Beautiful beams on ceilings lighted with small lights, tables were set, (I placed my decorations on the tables) and around the whole area to create my vision. I can't remember name of the host who worked with us (I'm sorry) but she was on top of refilling the buffet, and ensuring everything was in place down to letting me know when to have our daughter open her gifts, cut the cake , taking photos where would it work best. Our experience was amazing!! The food.. WOW breakfast Buffett we had was so good I still hear from guests who attended on how beautiful it was and "the food was so fresh and hot" I will send some photos , but if you are looking for a place in Quincy for 60 people, this was amazing and I highly recommend it for a bridal shower! THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR DAUGHTERS DAY! Our date was March 2nd 2024, sorry this is late in posting just want to commend them on an amazing job! Dietary restrictions: They asked about dietary restrictions and asked us for needs of anyone with allergies

This used to be my family's go to for great food drinks and atmosphere....Today, my daughter ordered a chocolate milk which was spoiled. My Buffalo Chicken Sandwich looked like somebody ripped the bun apart with their hands and the overcooked chicken was terrible, as well as my daughter's chicken fingers. We will not be going back.

It's been many years since I've been there but I recall it being a great meal and a great place.

My friend and I had a nice dinner here last night. I had the baked haddock and she had a veal dish., I hate sitting at a tiny 2 top but didn’t say anything. Our server wasn’t very attentive. We had to have someone hunt her down so we could pay our bill as were having dinner before the comedy show. I have seen Steve Sweeney several times since the 80’s when he performed at the Ding Ho in Cambridge. He is a funny guy and always makes me laugh. The problem I have is the other “ comedians.” We sat there through three other acts and didn’t laugh once! They weren’t funny!! If I’m paying $33, I want to be entertained. For the short time Steve Sweeney performed, it’s definitely not worth the money. Since his name is on the club and as a headliner he should perform a longer set. Definitely won’t be going back. It was disappointing.

Ambience is fine. Waitress was nice enough. But the food and drinks were absolutely terrible!!!! My sister and I went tonight for our fathers one year anniversary of his passing. We are extreme foodies and go all over for a great meal. We have both been here a couple of times but not in over a couple of years. First, we got a wedge salad. Th bacon was old and chewy. But not the worst thing we ate. For our entrees, she got the blackened skillet sampler. It was so over salted that it was completely inedible. I got the lobster and shrimp scampi. The seafood did not taste fresh. The shrimp was undercooked. And the sauce was just off. We both had to send our entrees back. Which is something have maybe done one other time in my life. The waitress was surprised and asked if we wanted to try something else. We were very hesitant but decided to try something else. My sister was going to go with a burger to be safe. But she is gluten free. And they were out of gluten free buns and bread!! Something they really should v stocked with especially on a Friday night. There were limited GF options, so she ended up with the chicken. Curry. It was sweet, flavor was off, and just not good. She ate a few bites and gave up. I got the chicken tortellini on special. It was just edible enough, but tasted like jar sauce. And my chicken was not trimmed. Had some fat on it. On top of that, the drinks were awful. The ghost tequila drink was just sour mix and salt. The espresso martini was supposed to be creamy the way they have it advertised. But was a dark brown cloudy dirty color. The dirty martini was all olive juice. We had to send some back and ended up with wine. We did ask to speak to a manager just to provide our feedback. Nothing more. It was an older gentleman who was at the front desk that came over. He let us know that no owner was in sight. And asked what the issue was. We provided all our feedback. I said perhaps it's a new chef? He confirmed it's the same chefs theyve had for years and are no rookies. He seemed very defensive. We spoke about the curry and he mentioned that he gets it all the time and couldn't understand our issue with it. And that he never gets complaints on the entrees (which I find hard to believe). I simply left it at the fact that I guess it's his personal opinion and that we won't be back. Unfortunately I will never be back. I will never recommend. And I will be sure to let as many people know about about this. It's unacceptable. It's not about the money. It's about getting what you pay for. Our bill was $186.00. Which isn't much. Except we left hungry, upset, and not feeling great from the few bites we did have. Also they had no kids menu so I paid $18 for my 4 year old nephews Mac and cheese! We were given horrible food and drinks on an already particularly hard day. I suggest fresher products, new chefs, and less defensive staff! Dietary restrictions: Ran out of gf bread and buns Kid-friendliness: No kid menu
