We needed a quiet place to discuss a work issue in detail while we ate, went to a small place we had a reservation for and it was packed to the gills and we couldn't hear ourselves think let alone get work done so we went for a walk and found the Fox basicallly empty. Never a great sign for decent food but we needed to talk so gave it a whirl. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff Nat who was fast with out orders and quite lovely. I haven't had a good liver and onions for years and when asked about it she said it was really popular! which you never hear so we went for it and maaaan it was great! Tender and fried to perfection with a ton of potatoes and veg to follow. Beer was icey cold. Giver a try folks. If you're scared of liver, this is the place to have natures vitamin.
Went with a group of 20+ on a Thursday! Loved the vibe, the Karaoke DJ, the service. Thank you for making us feel welcome.
Fox and the Fiddle WELLESLEY, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVER, and Manager doesn't CARE. Fox & Fiddle front of Wellesley Station. (Toronto) (my history)... be careful on "karaoke nights" Friday and Saturday...if you go even few hours before the karaoke event starts take into consideration the following, even more if you are Latino or belong to a minority racial group: look at your bill they may charge you 18% percent tips without your authorization once they have added the HST at your Bill. Also, if you don't consume anything after you have paid and you wanna stay a bit with the manager permission to see the karaoke singers ne careful with those entitle rude servers smelling weed because they will ask you to leave if you don't drink alcohol at all and will show you the middle finger if you dare to videorecord their action or while they are kicking you out and they threat you because you are recording them. they will accuse you even of being the one who disrespect those drug addicts servers. the manager won't do anything to help you against their impolite and ride servers. Even though doesn't matter that he (the manager) allowed you to stay before!!!... too bad for this franchise...I am too dissatisfied with waitress behaviour...they need customer service training p.s. my Advice for those waittress at Wellesley better you don't do drugs while on your duties to avoid bad trips and accuse without reason your customers of being rude with you.....! Education is the key to grow In your careers and job advancement, if you want to be someone in life and not just a server... ;)
